Modern Girls Movie Synopsis
Modern Girls was made in 1986 and is about
three girls on an adventure through L.A.'s nightlife. Cece (Cynthia Gibb) is the wacky one who got fired and all she wants to do is let loose, so she wants to go to a club with her roomate Margo (Daphne Zuniga) who is real bitchy in the movie. Margo and Cece have no way of getting there because their other roomate Kelly (Viginia Madsen) took the car to go hook up with her jerk DJ boy. What Kelly forgot was that she had a date with this nerdy guy Clifford (Clayton
Rohner) who shows up at their door. Kelly's not there, but Margo and Cece use Clifford for his car and takes him to Kelly at the club, only to find out she forgot all about him and they used him. He gets mad, they feel bad so they "buy" him a drink. Cece meets her dream guy, rock star Bruno X, (Rohner playing duel roles, I don't know why) but the club gets raided and they lose site of each other not knowing where the other one is going....So now we have Cece, Margo, and Cliffy romping through L.A. all night trying to find Bruno X hitting disaster and disaster...It's pretty zany stuff.
