Sad news to report. John Dye, who played the guy at the bar who bought Margo, Cece's and Cliffy's drinks has passed away at the young age of 47 from a heart attack. You may also remember him from the show, "Touched By An Angel" as the Angel of Death. He will be missed.

It's been a while with the updates! However, it's SOOO easy for me to post the comings and goings on Modern Girls' FACEBOOK page.

First up, the Modern Girls screening at the New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles on July 31/August 1st was amazing! We got to meet Anita Rosenberg, who is pretty much responsible for the movie being made (story by, written by, exec producer!), who was SO darling! She brought her scrapbook with many pictures of behind the scenes antics, pictures for all of us fans she reprinted, and some great stories! Will post some of those stories and pics later, but for now here is a recording of that night!



ALSO, the awesome Anita Rosenberg was recently on the Movies About Girls Podcast on September 24th discussing Modern Girls and other random things. You can listen HERE or below for the "Just Anita Interview" edition I made...



And last but not least, Modern Girls is now STREAMING on Netflix! That means if you have a Netflix account, then you can stream the movie on your computer, iPhone, PS3, Wii, or Netflix-ready device! Phew...

Just received some news that Clayton Rohner is in a new indie movie called "Formosa", a 1950s comedy about social guidance filmmakers set in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The production crew has released the movie themselves as a downloadable video, so all of the profits go right back to them! Great idea!
